This property had uvpc windows fitted and the bay window was taken out. The homeowner wanted the bay window rebuilt using natural stone work, render removed, bricks restored and lime mortar repointing.
First the render was removed to see what the situation was on the bay window area. Then the stone work was made and fitted based on other houses on the road.
Once the bay window was made then lime mortar repointing was carried out. The homeowner wanted sash windows installed. This house has now become one of the best houses in the area.
